Refund & Return Policy

At BK Melons, we take pride in providing the freshest fruit, juices, and organic products to our customers. Because our products are perishable and made fresh daily, our refund and return guidelines are designed to guarantee quality while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.


1. No Returns on Perishable Items

Due to health, safety, and freshness requirements, we do not accept returns on:

  • Fresh fruit
  • Fresh-pressed juices
  • Cut produce
  • Any perishable or consumable item

Once the product leaves our store, it cannot be resold or reused for safety reasons.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

a. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.

b. Damaged or Spoiled Product (Upon Arrival)

If an item is spoiled or damaged at the time of pickup, notify our staff immediately.
After inspection, we will provide:

  • A replacement OR
  • A full refund

Note: Once the product is taken off premises, we cannot guarantee proper handling or storage and therefore cannot refund spoilage claims made later.

c. Transaction Errors

If you were charged incorrectly, we will correct the error and issue a refund when accompanied by a valid receipt or payment confirmation.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after leaving the store
  • Orders not picked up on time
  • Taste preference (all juices are natural and may vary slightly in flavor)

4. Order Cancellations

In-Store Orders:

Cannot be canceled once prepared.

Pre-Orders:

Must be canceled at least 12 hours before pickup.
Otherwise, ingredients and prep costs cannot be refunded.
